Intercom Connection

In our roster of 3rd party integrations, Intercom is arguably the most important one; it serves as the basis for our comprehensive support service and allows us to rectify potential issues as quickly as possible.

It also powers our Govy AI Assistant that serves as the first line of support for handling general questions about the app and simple issues.

In this article, we'll explore how our Integration works and how you can enable/disable it.

πŸ” Privacy Concerns


We understand that for most of our customer base, privacy plays a very important role, which is why we're very picky with the 3rd party providers that we're integrated with.

Currently, we're utilizing Intercom's European Domain, which is entirely GDPR compliant. This allows you to benefit from EU-wide Data Protection Regulations, ensuring privacy and transparency.

βš™οΈ Disabling Intercom


To disable Intercom integration, navigate to Settings > Expert mode > Connected apps, select Intercom, and click on βœ“ Connected.

This will disable the Intercom integration, along with the corresponding Support Widget.
